We are a chic, multi-service salon looking for the best people in the industry to work with. We currently have a full-time & part-time position available for the Guest Happiness Team. The schedule will include some evenings until 8 p.m. and Saturdays.
The position is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in salon care. This position will offer guests additional service opportunities, as well as offer support to stylists to maintain our salon flow, assist guests with understanding our products and specials.
The right candidate must excel at sale offerings, represent the Charisma brand well, uphold our core values, maintain integrity in your personal appearance. Excellent guest service skills are required. It is necessary to have great phone etiquette, the ability to multi-task and be dedicated to our mission of servitude and gratitude.

Pay: $10/hour + bonuses
