We’re so happy you found us and cannot wait to meet you. As a new guest at Charisma, we want you to feel like a part of our salon family from the moment you enter our doors. To help us get to know you and your hair/skin goals and to make the transition into a new beauty environment seamless, please fill out the new guest form in the link below. Once we receive your appointment request, you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming we received your request, along with any additional information we may need prior to your first appointment.
Once you arrive, your service provider will walk you through a thorough consultation process where we discuss your hair/skin history and maintenance of the desired look. The foundation of your unique experience begins with the art of listening to your needs. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.
During your appointment please help yourself to the snacks and beverages that we offer. When we are finished, we will show you how to create your style at home/walk you through your at-home skincare regimen, get you set up with the perfect products, and set up your next appointment.
